The American Council for Accreditation of Professional and Higher Education (ACAPHE) follows a structured and transparent accreditation process designed to ensure fairness, consistency, and credibility.

Applicants must submit documented evidence to support accreditation assessment, which may include:

Faculty or trainer qualification records

Quality assurance and internal review policies

Review & Evaluation

ACAPHE conducts a comprehensive review using independent reviewers with relevant academic or professional expertise. Findings are documented and reviewed to ensure accuracy and objectivity.

Site Visit / Virtual Audit

  • Confirmation of learner support mechanisms

Decision & Approval

Following assessment, a detailed evaluation report is prepared and reviewed by the Accreditation Committee. All decisions are based on documented evidence and established criteria, ensuring fairness and consistency.

Certification & Listing

Upon successful accreditation:

  • ACAPHE issues a Certificate of accreditation
  • The institution or program is listed in the ACAPHE accreditation Registry
  • accreditation status may be referenced according to ACAPHE usage guidelines

Certificates are issued with unique identification and verification features

Post-Accreditation Monitoring

Accreditation is subject to ongoing monitoring to ensure continued compliance

Periodic progress or compliance reports
